Kairo is a dedicated philanthropist, focusing on Kawangware’s youth. He funds school fees for 20 students, supports a football team, and opened a community library in 2024. Other initiatives include a soccer academy, medical camps, an art program, a music studio, a tech hub for coding, and a bakery employing 20 women.
